An ancient art and science, Yoga Nidra is a whole-self practice that combines guided mental imagery with Savasana posture to promote a profound state of relaxation. This effective stress management tool, with its time tested techniques, and science backed results, may bring you feelings of: being well rested; physically relaxed and mentally alert; support pain management; improve mood; reduce anxiety, depression and/or feelings of overwhelm; support a healthy heart rate and blood pressure; support healthy immune function; & more.
We will begin with gentle somatic movements then you will take a warm, comfortable and supported savasana pose while Heather guides you through the Yoga Nidra practice.
