This ceremony circle will consist of a discussion on cannabis as a spiritual ally, guidance on creating a personal ceremony, setting an intention with the spirit of cannabis, gentle yoga poses, breath work, and suggestions for integration after your ceremony.
Arrive as early as 15 min. before, circle starts promptly at 1pm What to bring: covered water bottle, yoga mat & journal *no consumption allowed in studio. please take the spirit of this circle home for your personal experience.
